Terms & Conditions — UBSafety
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a course or redeeming a training credit from UBSafety, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase or redemption.
2. Registration & Check-In
All attendees must check in on arrival using the name and email provided at registration. Attendees who arrive more than 30 minutes late may be denied entry without refund.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the session start time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full course fee.
4. Course Changes
UBSafety reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or emergencies. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
5. Certificate Policy
Course completion certificates are issued only to attendees who attend the full session and pass any required assessments. Certificates are digital and sent by email within 2 business days.
6. Code of Conduct
Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the session without refund. UBSafety is committed to a safe learning environment for all participants.
7. Liability
UBSafety provides safety training for educational purposes. Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, compliance, or immunity from workplace incidents. UBSafety is not liable for injuries sustained during training unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Redemption Codes
Redemption codes are unique, non-transferable, and must be used to register for the specific course purchased. Codes expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information solely for course registration, certification, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
